Appraisal of Listed Building works, being involved with the conversion and restoration of Grade I and II Listed buildings, conversion for various end users.
Analysis, negotiation and settlement of contractual claims and counterclaims, expert witness in respect of building disputes, preparation of reports relating to disputes, appraisal and evaluating cost of works.
Assessing contract re-build value for buildings to ensure they are correctly insured against fire, flood and other perils.
